The Broker
Chris Marek is a CCIM and the founder and Broker in Charge of Marek Property Advisors in Pawleys Island, South Carolina, focused on commercial sales, investment property and leasing.
Chris founded Marek Property Advisors to bring institutional grade analysis and strategy to South Carolina commercial real estate, from the Grand Strand to Charleston.
His career includes time at Century 21, Weichert, Berkshire Hathaway and SVN, and recognition as Charleston's Realtor of Distinction in 2018, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023.
Before real estate, Chris worked in professional basketball as an executive, coach and scout, and he brings that leadership to every deal.
